OUR MISSION

The mission of Hawaii Elite Soccer Academy (HESA) is to identify, develop, and promote Hawaii’s most motivated soccer players. HESA’s vision, through our proven training methods, is to develop and advance our academy players to the “next level”. 

 

Our goal and priority is to assist our players in gaining exposure and opportunities. HESA provides the development platform for players to succeed at showcase tournaments, ODP, ID2 and PDP events. Hawaii Elite Soccer Academy players have reached the highest levels in the sport earning college scholarships, making rosters of US Development, Academies and Women’s ECNL programs, and also being selected to our USA Region and National Teams. 

 

HESA’s  individualized player development program will quickly improve one’s technical ability, positional play, tactical awareness, dynamic attacking ability, as well as overall speed and quickness. Our training methods will also challenge and improve the competitive mentality of our players. HESA’s elite coaching staff helps players reach their full potential in becoming a complete student-athlete.
